Giles has always helped ‘sparky’ minds think at their best. Formerly the Marketing director at a leading Music Tech PLC, Giles now coaches owners, senior leaders and teams across multiple industries with a focus on ADHD coaching and neurodivergent teams.
Passionate about bringing divergent minds together, Giles helps to harness potential, whether coaching individuals and teams to catch their creative spark, or drawing into focus the unbridled creative flair of their amazing minds.
Giles has an MSc in Executive coaching from Ashridge Hult Business School (read their code of conduct here), is accredited by the European Mentor and Coaching Council (EMCC- Senior Practitioner), and is currently pursuing ACCG certification with ADDCA.

Giles is the lead designer of two neurodiversity training programmes. 'Impactivity' is a productivity training initiative designed to unleash the potential of neuro-diverse professionals. Alongside this, 'Managing Impactivity' seeks to support managers and organisations seeking to empower their neurodivergent population.
Giles also coaches at both music-based not-for-profits and global humanitarian NGOs.
